These terms govern your use of KachaPlay (kachaplay.com) and its games. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who operates KachaPlay

KachaPlay is an independent project run by an individual developer (a solo studio) under the name “KachaPlay”; there is no separate company entity. You can reach the operator at support@kachaplay.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “KachaPlay” all refer to that operator.

Using the site

You may play the games for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Do not cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, or otherwise interfere with fair play, the matchmaking system or other players' experience.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes others' rights.

Accounts and profiles

You can play as a guest or register with an email. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Choose a nickname and profile details that are not offensive, misleading or impersonating someone else. We may reset details that break this rule.
You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time — see the Privacy Policy.

Ratings, levels and fair play

Rating and level are earned by playing and cannot be bought. We may adjust or remove ratings, levels or results obtained through cheating or abuse, and may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Purchases and virtual items

Coins, gems, avatars and membership are optional. Payments are handled by our provider, Waffo, as merchant of record; your card details never reach our servers.
Virtual items and currency are a limited licence to use features on the site. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable outside the site.
Nothing you buy affects your rating, your level or the outcome of a game.
Refunds, where offered, are subject to your statutory rights and the payment provider's process.

Advertising

The site is supported by ads, including Google AdSense. How advertising cookies work and how to opt out of personalised ads is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change or remove games and features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the applicable laws of the place where the operator is established. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

账号与资料

你可以游客身份游玩，或用邮箱注册。你需对自己账号下的行为负责。
昵称与资料不得含冒犯、误导或冒充他人的内容；违反者我们可能重置相关资料。
你可随时申请删除账号及其数据——见隐私政策。

积分、等级与公平对局

积分与等级只能通过对局获得，不可购买。对通过作弊或滥用取得的积分、等级或结果，我们可予以调整或清除，并可暂停或关闭违规账号。

购买与虚拟物品

金币、钻石、头像与会员均为可选。支付由服务商 Waffo 作为记录商户处理，银行卡信息永不经过我们的服务器。
虚拟物品与货币是使用站内功能的有限许可，不具现金价值，不可兑换金钱，也不可在站外转让。
付费买到的任何东西都不影响积分、等级或胜负。
如提供退款，将以你的法定权利与支付服务商的流程为准。

可用性与变更

本服务按“现状”和“现有可用”基础提供。我们可能新增、更改或下线游戏与功能，也可能更新本条款；变更后继续使用即表示你接受更新后的条款。在法律允许范围内，我们不对因使用本站产生的间接或附带损失负责。

适用法律

本条款及与之相关的任何争议，适用运营方所在地的相关法律。本条款不限制你依所在国家/地区法律享有的强制性消费者保护权利。
