KachaPlay (kachaplay.com) is a free online board-game site. This page explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details — your email address, nickname, and optionally the country you choose to show on your profile. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash; we never store or see your password itself.
- Guest identity — if you play without registering, a random identifier is stored in your browser so your progress stays with you on that device. It is not linked to any personal detail.
- Gameplay data — the matches you play, their moves and results, your rating, level, in-game currency balances and the transactions behind them.
- Technical data — your IP address and basic request information, used to operate the service and to rate-limit abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles ourselves.
Cookies and local storage
- Sign-in cookie — a signed token that keeps you logged in. Strictly necessary; without it you cannot stay signed in.
- Local preferences — language, theme, board style and similar settings are kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to us as personal data.
- Advertising cookies — set by Google, described in the next section.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads on this site. As a third-party vendor, Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Members with an active subscription do not see the in-app ad placements this site controls.
Payments
Purchases are handled by our payment provider, Waffo, acting as merchant of record. Card details are entered on their hosted checkout page and never reach our servers — we only receive confirmation that an order was paid, so that we can deliver what you bought.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you want your account and its data deleted, contact us at the address below and we will remove it. Some records required for accounting (such as proof of a completed purchase) may be kept where the law requires.
Children
KachaPlay is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

未成年人
本站不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集其个人信息。若你认为有儿童向我们提供了信息，请联系我们删除。
